What support and training do we provide?

We invest heavily in professional development to ensure all staff feel confident and capable in their roles. Our offer includes:

  • A comprehensive induction aligned to the All Wales Induction Framework.
  • Ongoing mandatory training, both e-learning and face-to-face, tracked by a dedicated Learning and Development Manager.
  • Funded QCF qualifications to support career progression.
  • A strong focus on coaching, mentoring and supervision to ensure staff have the tools they need to succeed.
  • Specialist training tailored to the needs of the People We Support.
  • We foster a family-feel environment where staff look out for one another.
