We provide domiciliary care, tenancy-related support, and outreach floating support. This includes practical day-to-day support, personal care where required, and support to help individuals live safely and independently in the community.
Where do you provide support?
We provide support to individuals living within their own homes across South Wales.
How is support planned?
Support is carefully planned through a comprehensive assessment of each individual’s needs, preferences, and aspirations. We use a person-centred approach and review support regularly to ensure it continues to meet changing needs.
Do you provide personal care?
Yes. Where required, we provide personal and intimate care in a way that respects privacy, dignity, choice, and individual lifestyles, using the least intrusive approach at all times.
How do you ensure quality and consistency of care?
We place a strong focus on skilled, trained staff and individualised support packages. Our approach is outcome-focused, and we work closely with individuals, families, and commissioners to ensure support remains effective and sustainable.
How are staff trained?
All staff complete a comprehensive induction aligned with the All Wales Induction Framework, alongside ongoing mandatory training. We also provide specialist training tailored to the needs of the People We Support.
